Pressure, regime, then flow
Set the pressures first. The regime says choked or subsonic. Flow uses that regime. Gauge pressure adds 1.013 bar to become absolute.

- Example choked flowNormal liters use the choked line only. b is the entered value, not 0.28.
- Example subsonic mass flowThe elliptic factor multiplies q_m. rho0 and T0 are entered values, not a stored air table.
- Example area and CvS is about 5.0 * C and Cv is about C / 0.88. No valve list.
